However, the owners who live in Mississippi, wanted more living area, and to give it a fresh new look. They contacted Emily Ann Smith of "Designs of significance" for some ideas . A few months later, after a few changes, a few surprises, and a lot of effort, the transformation was complete.

This old beach cottage had a view that caught the eye of the new owners from Tennessee.

Unfortunately the old 1950's home had a lot of view and great access to the beach but not much else.

This home located in Bradenton Beach, Fl. has one of the best views on the bay.

The owners love it but they needed it reconfigured to meet their lifestyle, they wanted a unique look, and they wanted some updates.

This bay front home was the Long time residence of Island business owners Jim & Kathy Gloth.

Like many older homes on the Island it had great views but had long since lost its curb appeal and was quite dated.

This client wanted to give the front of his recently purchased home a little more character, functionality, and street appeal.

Our combined efforts gave the house a whole new look which included a new driveway, sidewalks, decks, trellis, and extensive landscaping for privacy. From the street it doesn’t even look like the same house.
