This Incredible bayside retail center is situated at the foot of the historic Anna Maria city pier.

The structure was designed by the island's famous architects "Eatman & Smith" and is now the new home of the Anna Maria Post office, an Ice cream & coffee shop, business offices, and several specialty shops.

We were very pleased to be able construct this project for our client and "Eatman & Smith". We handled every thing from the site development, to the final build outs for the tenants, and continue to work with the client on other improvements.
